21 Degrees

The ambitions of our company can be achieved through hard work, perseverance and dedication. Our success will be seen from our company principles and the experiences from the journey towards these goals.

We strive to learn and experience all the different key aspects of business which the Junior Achievement Program can offer. Each individual, from different life experiences, has something a little different to share with one another to strengthen our team. We support individuality and creativity. As a team, we can appreciate and face all the challenges and hardships together. We have set the goal of 80% overall attendance of the team over the 16 weeks in order for the team to be unified as one. Building team skills along the way, we develop networking skills for future endeavours.

High quality is essential. 21 Degrees values the consumer's choice for high quality. Perfection is what we strive to complete. We believe that both our product and service to the customer is vital for the company's name. By giving the customer a product which they are not only satisfied with but also in the most respectable method, we can ensure the success of our company by leaving a lasting impression on the customer.

Our financial goals also hold high importance for 21 Degrees. We strive to gain a 250% return on investment, with a sales goal of 314 Hot Hands and 209 Hot Collars. However, we also hold the community in importance by donating 25% of our profits to Inn from the Cold. We will be able to warm up every community in Calgary.

21 Degrees aims high but has the initiative and drive to make our goals a reality.
